Eighteen Irish start ups, one crowded week in Dubai.
For Enterprise Ireland's trade mission to GITEX Global 2024 in Dubai, Bannerton put eighteen Irish technology companies in front of UAE business media, in the same week the world's biggest tech brands were making their announcements.

The challenge
No launch, no headline
GITEX is the largest tech show in the world, and the headlines go to global brands with launches to announce. The Irish delegation had no launch. It had founders in AI, fintech, health tech and sports tech who needed UAE investors and buyers to know they were in the room.
What we did
Lead with the trade story
We led with the trade story, not the stand. A release on technology driving a 21% rise in Irish exports to the UAE gave Gulf business editors a reason to care before the show opened. We placed Enterprise Ireland's Middle East and North Africa director as the voice of the delegation. After the show we kept the momentum going, securing a Khaleej Times interview with two founders from the mission, Chirp and Coroflo.
Nobody covers a stand, they cover a story.
The results
Irish innovation, in the Gulf's business pages.
