Making the voice of reason the one the market hears.
Gas Strategies has advised governments, majors and utilities on gas and LNG for four decades. When the Strait of Hormuz crisis threw the LNG market into turmoil, we made its Chairman and CEO, Pat Breen, the steady voice that business editors and broadcasters turned to.

The challenge
Deep expertise, too few people hearing it.
Inside the industry, Gas Strategies is known and trusted. Outside it, the firm's thinking rarely reached the business pages or the airwaves. Then the Hormuz crisis hit, and the market was flooded with commentary. The risk was that the firm with the most considered view would be the one nobody quoted.
What we did
One clear argument, made again and again.
We positioned Pat as the voice of reason on LNG and built everything around a single idea: the market's biggest risk was shifting from supply to demand. We refreshed his op eds with live market data as the crisis moved, opened doors to the Gulf's business desks and international broadcasters, and turned published pieces into conference platforms.
The winners of the next decade will be those that help customers manage uncertainty.
The results
One argument, heard everywhere.
