Proving strength has no age limit.

Hello GoodLife runs community strength and mobility hubs in Mayo, Sligo and Roscommon, using power assisted equipment and building social connection into every session. We took its story from local hubs to national media.

The challenge

Ageing well, without the clichés.

Coverage of later life too often defaults to frailty. Hello GoodLife wanted to talk about strength, mobility and prevention from midlife onwards, and about the friendships that keep mature and older adults coming back.

What we did

Let the members tell it.

We built the campaign around real members and the mixed age room, where people in their fifties train alongside members in their nineties. National radio, newspapers and business media followed the people, not the equipment.

The best healthy ageing story is a 94 year old on the next machine.
