Every milestone, a national story.
Bannerton ran business media relations for Xtremepush, the Dublin customer engagement platform, as it raised $33m and set out to double in size. Each milestone, from the Grafton Capital round to a new headquarters opened by a Minister, became national coverage that told customers, recruits and investors the same story.

The challenge
Profitable, and little known
Xtremepush was profitable, growing fast and barely known outside its own client list. It sold to banks, retailers, publishers and betting brands in Ireland, the UK and the US, yet competed for attention and engineers with far bigger names. With a funding round and a hiring drive on the way, it needed the business press to take it seriously as an Irish scale up.
What we did
Funding, jobs, founders
We started with the people, placing CEO Tommy Kearns and the senior team in business titles, on Newstalk and on business podcasts through 2021. In July 2021 we wrote and managed the $33m growth finance announcement, giving The Irish Times the story first and agreeing timings with RTE and with Grafton Capital. A year later we built the jobs story around the opening of the new Clarendon Street headquarters by Robert Troy TD, Minister of State, with Enterprise Ireland alongside and Julien Behal Photography on the shoot. That one announcement ran from the Sunday Independent to Q102 within a fortnight, and a week later The Sunday Times Ireland carried a full profile of the CEO. Executive interviews, award news and a Business Post exclusive on a US deal kept the company in the business pages for the rest of 2022.
Growth only counts, once the market hears about it.
